Standards & Testing
Every batch is checked in our in-house laboratory against water absorption, compressive strength and abrasion resistance criteria, backed by expert analysts and quality checks at each manufacturing step.
Quality Testing Criteria
Water Absorption
Average of three blocks should not be more than 6% by mass and individual unit should not be more than 7%.
Compressive Strength
Average corrected compressive strength of 28 days should be as per table. Individual corrected compressive strength should be not less than 85% of targeted compressive strength.
Abrasion Resistance
Abrasion resistance should not be more than 20,000 mm2 per 5,000 mm2 in individual and 18,000 mm2 per 5,000 mm2 in average.

The average water absorption across three blocks should not exceed 6% by mass, with no individual unit exceeding 7% — tested in-house on every batch.
M-50 grade (100mm, 50 N/mm² compressive strength) suits heavy-traffic areas like bus terminals, industrial complexes and factory floors, while M-55 (120mm) is used for very heavy traffic such as container terminals, ports and docks — see the full ISI specification table below.
We test the average corrected compressive strength of paver blocks at 28 days against the ISI specification table for the relevant grade, and no individual unit can fall below 85% of the targeted compressive strength.
Abrasion resistance measures how well a paver block's surface holds up to wear from foot and vehicle traffic over time. Our blocks are tested to stay within 20,000 mm² per 5,000 mm² individually and 18,000 mm² per 5,000 mm² on average.
