Our Story
Milestone's story starts in 1992, when the Patel family entered the market with Maruti Mosaic Tiles. What began as two products grew, through three decades of hands-on manufacturing, into a catalogue of more than 50 paver blocks, kerb stones, grass pavers and precast concrete products — all designed and produced without losing the craft mindset we started with.
Today, Milestone Cement Products Pvt. Ltd. runs its own factory in Bavla, Ahmedabad, manufacturing for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across Gujarat. Every product is made in-house — from raw material sourcing to steam curing and compressive-strength testing — because a business built on concrete only earns trust one consistent batch at a time.

Suresh Patel
Suresh Patel is the Founder and Managing Director of Milestone Cement Products Pvt. Ltd. One of the Patel brothers who founded the business in 1992 as Maruti Mosaic Tiles, he has led its growth into a 50+ product concrete manufacturing operation running out of Milestone's own factory in Bavla, Ahmedabad.
Under his leadership, Milestone has stayed a hands-on, factory-first business — investing in its own machinery, testing labs and delivery fleet rather than outsourcing production, so that every paver block, kerb stone and precast product that leaves the factory carries the same quality standard.
